Can someone apply both ssc and dssc using different mail

Is it possible to apply DSSC with an intending certification in addition to what's on ground....?

waiting for announcement.........

I also noticed that they have increased the age range for ssc which was previously pecked at 27yrs.... now it's 28yrs...... and dssc from 30yrs to 32yrs.......
