That too is also a possibility but it's better to prepare for the worst (exams ) than hoping for direct shortlist to avoid being taken unaware.
Remember even with the current number of applicants it's also high as they can only take a max of 2200 for SSC out of say 11k applicants and about 1500+ out of 32k+ for DSSC screening.

I have a question or thought that has been bothering me.
I hope I don't come off as bragging with this tho coz it's not my intention.
I know some of us are doing well without this job, some people applying here might earn as high as 300-500k monthly from regular salary and side hustle. If ure a techprenure you'll understand what I'm saying.
We all know 2nd Lt salary na shit let's be very honest with ourselves especially when u get responsibility or once you're already used to living comfortable, to adjust with that amount as salary go hard gaskiya.
Is it possible for one to have time to run their regular side hustle daily let's say 2-4hrs on uninterrupted?
Is it possible?
I'd love your honest and candid response on this.

You are a wise man, this question you raised is something most military men do not ask themselves on time before it's almost late.

It is important to have a legitimate side hustle although the army has rules which you will find out when you get in. In my case I have two cars which I use to run Uber service managed by my wife, I wouldn't have known this if not for her.

Finally the army is full of surprises that you must be prepared for physically, mentally and financially too.

Thank you sir
From the response, I'll take dressing and make necessary preparations on time if God plans I'll be an officer one day

Pardon my curiosity. Something really caught my attention here; what sort of surprises is the army full of that should make you prepared physically, mentally and financially. Is there a specific reason (based on your experience) that made you say this sir?

Nothing but high praises for Colonel Bako.. Rest In Peace sir!
I read some interesting things about him.. he was a driving force against the insurgency and many governors have acknowledged him for his hard work and dedication..

This one wey everybody dey post pics for medical vetting from non medical practitioners is quite funny. We go still dey here when person go snap his/her behind in a bending position make we check whether pile dey or not.
This exercise should be approached systematically/step by step, the most important thing now is to be shortlisted for exams, all these checkups won't matter if one isn't shortlisted for exams. Just keep fit, if you have any serious medical issue go to a hospital and seek for professional advice and overall commit everything to God's hands.
I heard from someone that every body will write d exams ... No shortlisting before d exam ... But after

Applications are already being sorted automatically. Everyone won't write the exams, only qualified candidates will be invited.

Armored corps have some of the most bravest and fearless officers. They pose significant threat to terrorist and bandits.

The approach I think the army will use is ask us to login to our portals to check if we are invited to write exam or release pdf file.. newspaper will be for shortlist for screening.

What's the latest updates Arisukuni?

It's 7 days to the deadline. Save and/or print all printables! If you're skeptical whether you'll be shortlisted and don't want to waste money to print, save as PDF and send to your accessible email.

Little can be done about that here. Just keep trying. Also alert the admin of the Nigerian Army HQ page on Facebook. Here from them. I'm sure they're working on it.

Lesser civilian casualty/ death and higher military, which translates that the armed forces have been paying the ultimate price just for us to have peace and sleep with our two eyes closed.

They took the battle to them, Instead of the other way round, when the insurgency started. The military has been acting like a shield that guides us.

The real heros'.
May God bless them all
We appreciate their efforts and sacrifice.

Armoured brigade isn't a child's play oh. I think they have one of the most dreaded fighting units of the armed force.
