Words on marble sir.. Words on marble...

Dammysmart:
I knew no private in the Army nor a General to earn my commission today as an Officer, I'm one of those you can call "Lucky" Pray and be steadfast in your pursuit for greatness and verily your dreams will come through.

No doubt the Armed Forces is the noblest of all profession but please do not pay anyone nor force your way in, it's dangerous.

If I share dammysmarts story of how he even went for screening ehn...
when something is your own, you’ll just enjoy it effortlessly...when they brought me out for medicals I was praying in my heart that they wouldn’t bring out my guy... after like 3 minutes when his village people that failed joined us outside and I didn’t see him.. I knew nothing was going to stop him..He’s proof that you can get this job without knowing anybody on this planet.. last last it’s your faith that will work for you..
Some of you want to be shortlisted but no show of faith.. it’s when you see your name you want to start preparing for 3.20km
It’s until you see your name before you sign your documents... The heavens must see you move sometimes before anything is moved in your favor.. throughout this year I kept running my 3.2 even without knowing the form would still come out..Your faith gas Dey packard!!
Like you said if something yours you will enjoy it effortlessly. So your conclusion on faith does not follow. You do not need to run and go fill your forms as a proof that you earnestly want the job. Faith goes beyond that. If running and filling forms is the determining factor or the faith that propels one's success story as far as this job is concerned, many would have been in. A classmate of mine only went to fill his form when shortlist came out last year. He got enlisted finally. I have been applying for years now and always fill my forms before hand and once I engaged in that run on a daily basis. I am still yet to get in. Everyone who knows me is aware of my passion for the army. I wish and pray for it. Place every job on the planet before me and i will still prefer the army. So please don't broadcast that as faith

Veteran! Greetings. Been a loong while. How have you been, sir?

Life is a mystery. It throws lemons at you when you earnestly crave for an orange, just one single "orange" - not minding all the efforts you have put in to deserve that "orange". A lot of things are beyond our human comprehension. Only the Higher Powers can fathom. But we will take solace in the fact that we did not withhold our best in pursing our dreams, just that the Higher Powers had different plans for us. We will NOT forget your determination, inputs and contributions these past years in this journey.

Cheers bro

What would work for you wont work for everybody.. it’s like expecting to get a promotion and just sitting down waiting for it.. Sometimes God sees ones efforts and decides to crown it.. sometimes God has said its yours.. let everyone take what they want out of what I said.. whatever best suits them.. Whatever will work for you will work for you.. Peace

I met a guy that came for RC interview this year in NDA, he was screened out for medicals, they say it's because of "pending hernia"
