The houses in Phases 1 to 4 of the estate are fully sold out except you find people that had already bought and are thinking of selling. I would have to check that out for you. Nevertheless, the initial selling price was about 3 million but as they plan for Phase 5, that is being reviewed.

Jidody how much does a three bedroom go for in this estate as rent and how many years can one pay?

I have 2 units of 2 bedroom in the estate that are being finished now 4 toilets, 3 baths. Should be completed by end of July 09. Rent is 450k/year for 2 years.
