Generally, you need to know that Soul in its original state is formless and being formless can assume any form it likes in the inner planes.

Can you please elaborate more on this. Does it have to do with what l'll focus my sight on with eye closed when about to sleep. I really want to know how to engage my soul to be invincible in the plane.
