I agree with you but does he really have? I think Akpabio was too direct. I think It was in response to Goje's defence of the 30% capital increase in the budget and by accussing the past administrations of being interested in siphoning funds rather than channeling them into development programmes.
Instead of asking for apology he should have proved Akpabio wrong by presenting what he did.
Akpabio coming in defence of his party did not ask for apology but decided to attack him directly for making that comment.
