My time(Back in 2004) only few people knew about this scholarship, so the exams were not that tough and you could get in easily, just basic Maths and English with a slight touch of current affairs and small interview all taking place at your geo-political zone.

These days from what I've gathered the exams are set to be tougher, which I agree with or how else do you plan to screen a large number of teenagers brandishing As and Bs on their WAEC certificate.

It's a full paid scholarship. You just pack your baggage, move to your host school country and start schooling after learning the compulsory language that your host country uses in lecturing at Universitites. And yes you will be paid monthly stipends and expect delays of 3 to 4 months of same stipends too, Nigerian factor !

Can testimonial be used instead of the transcript?
Is it compulsory for the the birth certificate to be that of nigeria population commission (NPC)? pls, reply ASAP

Thanks. It is still too far tho, You will sacrifice a lot just to go write an exam you aren't even sure it is genuine or by Merit.

The scholarship scheme is not a scam but you must be ready for hard times. SCHOLARS ARE NOT PAID THEIR ALLOWANCES!!!

I will only talk on the birth certificate. The one from NPC is the one that is recognised.

For the state of origin, I can't say much about it. Cause its mostly needed for the domestic stuff. especially for the exams. Cause someone from your local government will be there for accreditation.

Your local government identification letter will do. Dunno about the state of origin certificate you want to collect from your state liaison office in Abuja.

1. passport , signature and birth certificate are not uploading..is it general ? and can I submit like that?
2. issue of transcript..my transcript is 3 pages sheet and could see we should only upload jp format...how would one convert d three 3 pages to a page so as for it to be saved as jpeg
