Tubolancer, u also have to hav a valid trade mark registration or @ least u shld have processed it to a certain point before u can do NAFDAC Reg |

Apart from the registration fee, you go settle dem NAFDAC people with 500K-1M, else your product may not be processed on time.. They are oozing of corruption. |

please clarify n highlight more details of dis product to my email skynetfas@gmail.com letme see if I can assist as I am pressin registration of a stimulation drink frm Spain at d moment which category will ur product fall in  its edible. ...foods... idea payment is makin bank draft for N250 for registration form per product to NAFDAC bankdraft as follows N750k + 5% vat per product N10k for import permit N640k for processing fee N100k for product licence vat 5% vat den u get nafdac registration number on product label all dis exclude wettin d floor in nafdac for speedy processing and ur documents requirements listings must be complete n satisfactory b4 any payment agency fee excluded trade mark is 40 to 50k depenďs on d speed u nid... 3 Likes 1 Share |

1. Supplier should provide Sales contract notarized in manufacturer's place, analysis report, Free Sales certificate authenticated by Nigeria's embassy in China, invitation letter issued by manufacturer. 2. Importer needs to provide trade mark, company certificate, etc |

To confirm the certification simply go to the NIGERIAN EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL official website ----> 1. www.nepc.gov.ng 2. Then search by company name. 3. black seal limited.
