Good morning my fellow nairalanders in FCT, Abuja. Did anyone receive a msg from the office of the NSA & NPF that there is a planned training exercise on counter-terrorism crisis response at ICC Abuja today Tuesday, 2 Feb, 2016. Urging us not to be panic? questions on my mind; 1. Could this be one of those false messages 2. If the information is true, how did they get my phone no? |
