Spylord48: There are loads of places you can learn from online. Especially if you are on a budget and can't afford to splash a lot but you have to also be on the lookout for opportunities. There are websites that offer MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) in partnership with various Institutions and Corporate organizations. Such websites include Coursera, Edx etc. Then I would also suggest that you follow people who are experts in the fields you want to learn from on Twitter. Believe me, opportunities pop up when you least expect. For instance Wes Bos today announced that his CSS Grids course is ready for free. The cost of the course was covered by Mozilla Foundation (makers of Mozilla browser). If I don't follow him on Twitter, I might never know. Also, Andela through its Andela Learning Community (ALC) has been training people for free remotely with the help of some of their partners. I was part of the ALC 1.0 where I learned android development. A certificate by Google in partnership with Udacity was issued to all graduates of this programme. Now, I'm part of ALC 2.0 learning front-end development. The front-end development program is in partnership with Microsoft and Edx. In the next 4 months, if I complete the course, I will be getting a certificate backed by Microsoft. In conclusion, Udacity and Udemy also have free courses. You should also check out Microsoft Virtual Academy! Then I suggest you monitor those folks at LinkedIn. LinkedIn acquired Lynda.com before they were acquired by Microsoft and they steadily give out courses for free. In fact, in a particular month of the year, LinkedIn has a free learning week that they offer a large number of the courses on Lynda.com for free! Bless up!!!!
