Why do people start a business and are too eager to start raking money? This is common among the young.

Why do we decide to get involved in a business and not bother about getting the prerequisite skills...and to those who work up to get the necessary training and skills, they stop short at becoming professionals and are just ok being half-skilled?

Anything worthwhile takes time.

The time isn't spent counting the ceiling or counting the days...but rather, training, working, strategizing, planning, dreaming, pushing, getting rejected, more and more no's, but still staying committed to the course.
