» Simply dial *777# and follow the prompt [Data Services » Buy Data » Night and Weekend plans], then select 1 for Night plan or 2 for weekend plan.

But you must be eligible for this plan. So I suggest you dial the code before buying credit to load. If you get the message that says you have insufficient balance then it will work if otherwise, it will not work. If it works you can actually get upto 5gig for #500. How? Do the subscription everyday from Monday to Friday and by Saturday you have 5gig to use between sat and sun.

Etisalat = 1. Ensure you have 500 naira on your phone or you load one.

2. Dial *5995*2# to get 1gig etisalat plan

3. You get 1gb credited on your Etisalat sim

I tried Airtel and it says I am not qualify to use it, though I plan to register a new sim today and try again.
For Etisalat, I will try that later
But for Glo, is a no go area since their data service is dead slow in my area.

It is a weekend plan which means it will only browse on weekends. So wait until weekend before you can use it.

Does MTN have any time based plan? Night or day or weekend.

It won't browse until Saturday through Sunday. So u can subscribe tomorrow again to add up the 1gig u did today to get 2gig

When I got the message of one week period for usage after subscriptions, I thought the time will be from 9pm to 6am, but thanks for the clarification.
