Fashola promised 5,000 MW before the end of 2015. Fashola achieves over 5,000 MW in February 2016. Though the target was missed by the narrowest of margins, this is a major milestone. I-WIN is asking: What was/is the magic wand? A. More funding (but we know the 2016 budget hasn't even been passed)? B. Was it improved discipline and effectiveness? C. Is it the anti corruption crusade? D. Is it the improved security of our gas pipelines? E.
