Wahala dey. Some corpers have been paid Jan Allawee,some have not. What may be d reason for dis? Some states Like lagos,ebonyi have yet to pay corpers N19,800. Should we be worried?

it's kinda complicated ...the governor just recently promised 2 pay (6k), but no allawee from the state for now !
