Definitely, it's Lagos when you wanna rate in terms of opportunity but cost of living in Ondo is more cheaper and again that depends on the location.

I eventually tried my index finger and it was accepted.. Please hope I will be allowed to do the verification in camp with the fingers I used during registration..
