MANCHESTER UNITED and Manchester City are going into battle with all guns blazing for Barcelona ace Neymar.

Neymar is the No 1 target of new Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola.

And United have been chasing the Brazil superstar since last summer when they were ready to pay his £144m get-out clause to bring him to Old Trafford.

His father Neymar Sr said last week: “There is no reason why he should sign a new deal at Barcelona.”

It was a clear message to potential suitors that the Brazilian star is open to a move away from the Catalan giants.
