Lol, actually sitting on a solid surface with appropriate posture and the use of ones muscles and bones allow for the growth of proper trabeculae structure in the bone, and the slowing of muscle wastage.

The best dates have always been in the park. Try it out, whenever you're breaking up with your partners, take them to the park and if you don't come back together stronger, know that it will never work.
