If we are going to be technical...Native Americans didn't celebrate any holidays nor invented anything that people are using today. After the land was stolen from Native Americans...people from the EAST brought their "cultures" and "traditions" to America so therefore it isn't an American thing but an "Immigrant" thing. Catholicism brought on these pagan holidays and Catholicism started in the EAST... Islam in America was brought over from the EAST... Polygamy was brought over from the EAST.... Religion as a whole was brought over from the EAST.... Native Americans did NOT engage in those things.... |
