I have been havin problem wit my Nokia 3110c phone recently. The problem started when i switched off d phone to charge it, when i switched it on after chargin it, i found out that all the data (applications, message, games, tones, themes e.t.c.) on my phone memory got wiped off, the only thing left on the phone memory was my contacts, mean while the data on my memory card were intact. Some days after, i found out my phone just got switched off, when i switched it on i discovered that my contacts had been wiped off and i cant personalize my profiles. But it baffles me that the virus never affected my memomry card. Pls, who knows any code that i can press on my phone so that i can use it to format the phone memory cos i have restored it to factory settings several times but the problem still persist. Pls it's a Nokia 3110c. Pls help me out.
