Hello my good people. I heard somewhat good news that our beloved state governor Mr. Fashola is about to effect a law that states landlords cannot demand for 2 years' rent from new tenants anymore. Please estate practitioners, enlighten me. This is one of the best news I've heard all year, if it is true that is. |
