El-rufai, is a candidate of hell fire. Little wonder his name EL is synonymous to hell. He talks too much, with both sides of his mouth. You would recall the derogatory remarks he said about Jesus Christ during the elections, how he went about bringing down churches during his wicked spell as the minister in charge of FCT.
