COURT UPDATE: DSS THREATENED TO KILL NNAMDI KANU'S LAWYER The least is yet to be heard as frustration is setting in. Having presented a hand written application that the indigenous people of Biafra should not be allowed to witness the trial of their leader, the court rejected, in a testimony by Hon. Ejiofor, he noted that when he went out to the gate to tell the DSS to allow family members of Nnamdikanu to come into the court as there are still empty seats. The DSS succumbed to allowing only three family members into the court, on going out in acceptance; the DSS stopped Hon. Ejiofor and seriously threatened to kill him if he comes out again to solicit for the people. Meanwhile, the court reject the handwritten application which said if people are allowed into the court might turn violent. Hon. The federal government is making mockery of herself and her judiciary and the world is watching. Recall that the court ruled previously that the trial shall be open trial and it is shameful that they have come again to say we need secret trial.
People are starting to get fed up at the shameful trial of Nnamdi Kanu on the side of the federal government. The judge is listening to the argument as it unfolds, the prosecution council said that the witnesses are afraid and face received unconfirmed threats. Nobody knows the witnesses and it is yet to know how masquerades can be threatened.

The folly of the actions of this government will continue to haunt them especially regarding d continued incarceration and kangaroo trial of Nnamdi Kanu. They knw they have no viable or credible witness to substantiate their watery case; a case only instituted due to the personal bias of Buhari.

The heavens will vindicate Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu and all those who desire a better lot on the grounds of equity, fairness and common goals naturally set by the unique culture and intelligence of umu Chineke!

I suspect they want to bring Lai Mohammed as one of the mask witness.

The unseriousness, levity and chagrin of the federal government/prosecutors further reinforce Kanu's assertion that this country is indeed a zoo. How can a prosecutor turn in a handwritten note? You were given 3 weeks to produced the said witnesses, you stupidly showed up today with no witness, instead a handwritten note of witness'statement? You are insane, If I were the judge, I will throw your unserious azz losers in jail. Kanu has won this case especially with the embarrassment from the federal government. I 'm sure over 50 million naira was allocated for this trial to these thievery merchants in the name of prosecutors. If you are proud of this country, you should have your head examined. What a country...occupied and run by unserious, nonchalant losers!

Here comes the kicker...DSS brazenly threatens to kill the defense counsel. What a country! Nnamdi Kanu...congratulations you be aquicted!

The FG started with psychological warfare against Mr Kalu but Mr Kalu, a student of contemporary History knows too well dat all it takes to turn the tide against d state is to be patient and never make the state feel u value even ur own life as far as ur struggle was concerned. His pregnant wife , d nxt in line, was also unruffled as she told d world d husband remains a prisoner of conscience. His father, a Royal Majesty said he was ready to relinquish his throne for his son's support. His supporters remained peaceful without taking laws into dia hands despite obvious provocation. D climax was that with all d incarceration and detention, Radio 'Byaphra' is still airing live even now on apps and on radio so d case remained topical and evergreen daily. I pity d DSS cos d moment they lost d bid to present masquerades to testify was when d case was won and lost. Threatening the accused lawyer is d pinnacle of frustration but unfortunately they brought it upon themselves.
