I Need To Source Building Materials For My Building Project In Enugu. by ufilim: 6:59am On Mar 10, 2016
Hello Guys,
I've got a building project ongoing at the moment in Enugu State around Emene.

It's a block of floor 4 flats with 3 bedrooms all en-suite on one plot of land. It is just a single story building.

Please I will appreciate your ideas with where I can source good building materials at a reasonable price. I mean every single thing..sand, aggregate, rebars, cement etc.

We are currently almost at Lintel level but I am not statisfied with the Engineer handling the project because I feel they are not being straight forward with the cost. I have spent over 5 Million naira already and yet they are not passed lintel level

Please I will appreciate as much advice as i can get as I am not presently resident there or on ground to monitor the project.

Thanks
