This is the situation of water for students in the UK hall of FUNAAB this morning. Students had to queue to fetch a bucket of water. Some students had to resort to getting water from an old well nearby. Some students were seen heading towards the student union building all in quest for water so as to make it early to 8am lecture. This was as a result of lack of power supply the previous day and the school authority failed to put on the generator at the stipulated time the previous night.
Why should this be happening in a federal univerity .

Seriously they don't look like "University" students.
The pix here reminds me when I was in secondary school boarding house not our university setting.
But in any case please water is important.

You have comprehension problem. Was the tap water the problem or power to pump the water? Besides providing water to unaab is not within the puriew of the state government. Unaab gets their supply directly from ogun-osun river basin authority

Oga, stop embarrasing yourself here. Ogun state has no business giving water to Funaab. Funaab is my alma mata, stop talking about what you dont know. Funaab receives their water in a central reservoir in their mini waterworks and then pumps to all buildings. I guess you receive water in your house straight from the main waterworks abi, it doesnt stop at any substation, the same way you receive power from the national grid directly abi?
