Your posts seem to indicate that you paid Siena to do some work for you and after a few weeks he had been unable to get the parts for the job.

Did you try to verify that the parts had been ordered? If they were ordered and not shipped, did you guys ask for a refund?  I believe Siena also told you to take legal action if you are not satisfied, have you tried to get a lawyer? Too many unkonwns here. I will implore you once again, to try to resolve your issues outside of the Auto section, if possible. You sound reasonable enough to do that.
