Please, how can I address continual over voltage problem where I live? It once led to fire outbreak with serious losses, and continues to damage other appliances. Can't freely use laptop or other sensitive things in the house (already lost 2 adaptors to new laptop). I always used APC surge arrestor and UPS for laptop. This is a general problem on my street though. I will greatly appreciate expert advice. |
