resumed active duties. the peoples mandate was contested of several fronts but the will of the people spoke louder than the gimmicks of opposition. from tribunal to court of appeal, the voices and votes to delta people made a better appeal and on 2nd febuary 2016, the supreme voice of the people re echoed and put a supreme seal to the peoples choice. the supreme court judgement didn’t come as a suprise, both the people of the state celebrated in there numbers because the SMART agenda was already in motion….
