Wait oh!

Udom just signed a 400+ billion naira 2016 budget. Very close to Akpabio's.

But from the info on this chart, Akwa Ibom will be getting 96 to 100 billion as allocation from FG this year. Mbok wia does Udom intend to get the remaining 300+ billion for his budget?

Or is he looking to generate an IGR of 300 billion dis year alone?shocked

FG should be making this report sheet available to media every month, so that the masses will know how much allocation their state is collecting from FG, so that they will start to hold their state government responsible, many people in Nigeria always blame FG for everything that is going wrong in Nigeria without thinking about their state government allocation.

Let me brake it down for you. Osun's allocation for Feb is N2.422B. Min of finance deducted External debts, ISPOs and other debts for February 2016 totaling N2.41Bn. Net amount due to Osun for the month is N6.23M. States agree on the terms of repayment of loans at the point of receiving the loan.

Oil derivation, Akwa Ibom is the biggest oil producing state and they collect 13% drivation, that include Ondo,Imo,Rivers,Bayelsa,Abia, Edo,Delta while some are re-paying their bail-out loan, the Northern state are collecting big allocation because of their big land mass, they use criteria like Land mass, Population density, environmental degradation to determine how much a state is collecting.

States agree on how to pay. Just like your personal loans, you can decide to pay in bits, or in lump sum.
