If u beat the merit cut off mark u are safe, u will just need affidavit to change back to ur original state, but if u got in thru catchment cut off, just make sure u get the certificate of origin of the state u use.

Concerning No. 2,I'm hearing the Change of course is on hold for now but you can still hold on till next month let's know what JAMB will resolve to concerning the issue on ground.
