Pls help me oo,i bought a Samsung grand prime from SAMSUNG OFFICE at Kwara shopping mall at Ilorin, but i discover the phone has network problem and i returned the phone and i was ask to come back for it after 3 weeks but the problem is that after the 3 weeks i went there but i was told the phone is not yet ready for collection and they cant give the specific date that the phone will be ready. Pls what step can i take to get my phone back pls advise me |
