OP if you take Prophet tb joshua English literary you wont understand some of what he says , from what I can see knowing his form of communication, the France and the French he was talking about was not just limited to France , but also a french speaking country. It's been mentioned earlier, but I don't see how you'd need English to be your first language to mistake France for Belgium, and then have any mention of France seeemingly removed from the video recording.
