I am highly disappointed in Instantgold.ng. I made payment since three days ago and they are yet to fund my PM account. Not even a mail from them to confirm receipt of my payment. I Called their no but no response, I sent them messages on whatsapp no reply, i sent mail to them no reply. Their live chat be like robot which kept asking for my reference no, I have submitted this more than 10times but no update. My transaction ref no is 244936. I hope someone from them read this and attend to my issue asap.

Your payment did not come with a reference number, hence, the delay. As we have mentioned in the funding instruction, this type of mistake will certainly cause delay in funding since we trace payments with memo of deposit/transfer only. Your account is now funded...
