you just did a little servicing to your laptop, by removing and cleaning the ram modules of dust and dirt, so its expected to improve in performance. imagine the improve in performance if you did the entire laptop servicing, cleaning the dust from the motherboard and blowing the fan of dust to prevent heating.

just download the specific display driver for the system, version windows 8, 64bit and install it. the resolution will be set to the recommended.

Hi.
I have issues with my Dell XPS 15 display.
It freezes and I'm not able to see any changes on some parts of the screen even though it's still active (I can move the mouse and movies still keep playing but the screen turns to a bunch of green or black lines)

Any fixes?

Search, Control panel = device manager = display adapter, right click and update, search automatically.

I have latitude e6420 core i5 with 8g ram. The laptop freezes once in a way. And once it freezes the keyboard and mouse stop working until I force restart it. Have tried monitoring under what condition it does freezes but I discovered the system does not have any specific condition under which it hangs.

Please any suggestion or solution

They didn't tamper with the windows OS. I will take it back to the Lenovo service center though. I am guessing a hardware issue because they changed the keyboard.

I will take it back to them so they get it done. I have the proofs of the previous games working fine.

It's the fan. It's not working and they rectified that. Everything is working fine now

A staff left last year and we need to reset his password. Any softwares to reset Windows 10?

He resigned last year and I just resumed as IT consultant about 10 months later. There was no proper hand over and he can't remember what it was. I tried I Sum Soft to no avail.

when you on the wifi, the bluetooth is also supposed to be on, they uses the same controller. if it does not on and the icon is not displayed, the internal bluetooth card is not installed, so no bluetooth inside. you can buy and insert the internal bluetooth card or use external bluetooth dongle

Hi guys, my laptop is over heating terribly and shutting itself down. How do i clean the fans cos it looks so dusty from the outside and I know from the way it angrily/noisily blows out very hot air.

Is this enough to change the fan or clean it and how much would a technician charge?
