Please I need the help of professionals here. My Dell Inspiron E1505 has a screen and battery problem. I went to Ikeja and they said the screen is no longer available in the market that it is of old version of Dell. Please I need help if someone here can do it or has a link to where or how I can get the screen and battery. Please, a prompt reply would be highly appreciated 🙏 |

davidndu:from the diagnostics there is a short DST failure, and the error code is also being displayed on the screen, you can search online and use that code to know the problem with your system. It might also be the hard disk crashed or removed and disconnected from the system, so no operating system found to boot up the system normally |

The laptop was gifted to me by my friend and he told me I need to repair some things on it cus it is not coming up and not charging (maybe the battery/charger) I gave it to one of my friends that repairs laptops and he told me that the problem was the motherboard. The picture I sent was from the video he sent to me after they claimed to work on the motherboard. I asked him why the screen is not coming up, told me the flex has damaged and needed replacement. It's already been a month and he is yet to get it fix (said the flex is scarce) The picture included was taken when I tried to charge it after I collected the system from my friend (before I gave it to the engineer), the battery pix would come up and later disappear. author=Vocals post=123217680] Share the story, the picture alone wouldn't do[/quote]

The battery icon was before I gave it to the engineer and the first image was when they worked on it. The screen is not coming up after he worked on it, if a flashlight or torch is placed behind the screen it'll display as shown in the first picture. Vocals: |

Hi. I have a lenovo yoga 370. Whenever I fold it backwards to use as tablet, it goes to sleep once the backs touch, and will not wake up unless I unfold it back to laptop mode. What could be the cause please and what can I do? Thank you |
