our boys don't know how to "die to win a match" to beat Egypt at home is to play 90 mins of fire without tiring and i dont see our boys pulling that of over there. The Egyptians will rather die..

if there are only 3 teams in a group, only one team can qualify..Besides we have only the top team in the 13 groups + host qualifying automatically, then 2 runners up with the highest points in all the groups..it will be mathematically impossible to have a runner up in a 3 team group that would qualify..

It is official, Chad is out of the qualifiers. as it stands now, the table is like this:
Egypt - 4pts
Nigeria - 2pts
Tanzania - 1pt

Matches left in the group:
Egt - Ngr
Tan - Egt
Ngr - Tan

The key to Nigeria's assured qualification is victory over Egypt in Alexandria. Other than this, a draw there and victory over Tanzania in our last game will have us finish with 6pts. Will this be enough to go through as one of the two best loosing sides of all the groups? I don't know. Only time will tell.
