**Insists APC must fulfill its "3000 promises"

The member representing Ohaozara/Onicha/Ivo federal Constituency of Ebonyi state in the Federal House of Representatives, Hon. Linus Okorie, has faulted the recent scathing attack by the leader of All Progressive Congress (APC), Ahmed Tinubu, on the Minister of State for Petroleum, Mr. Ibe Kachikwu on the lingering fuel scarcity.

Okorie in a statement on Sunday said that Tinubu derailed along the line by using the attack as a platform to blame the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and shore up his party image, than genuine concern for the people.

According to the Chairman, House of Reps Committee on Agricultural Colleges and Institutions, the APC leader should take part of the blame for the failure of his party to fulfill their promises to Nigerians, instead of dwelling on excuses or looking for a scapegoat.

Tinubu had over the weekend descended very heavily on Kachikwu, for alleged unguarded and insensitive comments on the perennial fuel scarcity brought upon Nigerians by the Buhari government since the last quarter of 2015.

But the lawmaker while agreeing with most of Tinubu's concerns and criticisms directed at the minister, however disagreed with him on linking the current handling of affairs to that of former PDP administration.

Unfortunately, he said, ‘Tinubu mysteriously derailed from this ennobling track for no sensible reason than, probably, an urge to redeem some modicum of public respect and confidence for the APC, which evidently has lost more political capital through a consistent display of plan-lessness and crass incompetence than even its extreme opponents could have contemplated, a few short months ago.

According to Okorie, Tinubu did this by attempting a weak and non-contextual connection of the PDP to the "undemocratic excesses" of a rapidly evolving ‘fascist regime’ of the APC.

"With the greatest of respect to the 'Lion of Bourdillon', the APC has a responsibility to deliver on its over 3000 promises to Nigerians and would do well to keep its eye on the ball than this compulsive and overburdened recline into the past” he said.

"The 'issues that press us' cannot be resolved by PMB and the APC by the continual bashing of the PDP which has long yielded power. The only reason the APC is in government today is because they laid alluring claims to some magical and often esoteric 'solutions' of the problems of the Nigerian nation.

"Tinubu, an accomplished chartered accountant is well aware that 'sunk costs' or irretrievable expenditure in whatever quantum add no value to corporate plans and bottom line.

“He is in the know that clear plans/policies, focused implementation and diligent monitoring systems are the basic parameters for productive governance.
"Can he, in clear conscience and at the risk of personal integrity, point to the PMB/APC policies on any sector of the economy, including the petroleum sector to 'support his confidence that President Buhari and this government can resolve the issues that press us? " he queried.

Above all, Okorie noted, the country deserve to move on, saying if PMB and the APC are overwhelmed by the enormity of the problems, their honourable option is to tow their established line: "lick its vomit" by apologizing openly once more to Nigerians for deceiving them with esoteric and unrealizable promises of "Change", which many Nigerians now believe to have been intended "Chain".

Some Nigerians like their leaders to be lying them and given them fake hope, that is why Nigeria is poo, in other part of the world, the politicians tell the masses the truth, if something go wrong they will tell the masses how many months it will take to fix it. You guys are used to lying and liars giving you fake hope, why people continue suffering, Sacking Kachukwu will not solve the problem because he told Nigerians the true situation of things, resignation of Barth Nnaji then, did not bring any improvement in the power sector

Why is it that most Kogi fuel stations(The Egbiras and The Igalas), are openly selling Petrol @ N200 per litre? They also adjust their Tanks to ration the distribution.

Let them keep leaving the main culprit and keep blaming the errand boy.
They think Nigerians are so daft, not to know the difference between the boy who runs errands for Oga at the top and the Oga at the top who calls the shorts.

Tinibu, APC and Nigerians are saying one and the same thing which is:

BUHARI , RESIGN NOW!

Goldencollins:
APC is an Evil and Devilish party with Buhari as their Commander in Chief.
6 Things to know about these blood sucking group of Evil people called APC.
1. They have sucked the brains of some gullible Nigerians that's why we have Zombies still supporting them despite the economic hardship they have put innocent Nigerians into.
2. They deceive gullible Nigerians/Zombies by telling them to embrace agriculture, entrepreneurial skill acquisition like soap making etc while they sneak in their wards through the back door to occupy Juicy positions in CBN yet their jobless Zombies are hailing them.
3. Their Commander in Chief of Evil, Buhari, has spent. 22m dollars on foreign trips, his wife the rice cooker Aisha has bought dollars running into millions from CBN,the Chief Propagandist Gaba Shehu has bought dollars from CBN up to the tune of 800k usd why do they have access to dollars from CBN and yet they placed a strict rule on forex and call Nigerians studying abroad who couldn't pay their school fees bcuz of Buhari's evil agenda "Tough Luck" how does Gaba Shehu,Buhari pay their children's school fees abroad Or are they d only ones allowed to have access to dollars while other Nigerians are referred to as "Tough Luck" yet the Zombies are hailing them.
4. Fuel is N180 per liter with long queues causing traffic grip lock in several parts of the nation. But still dia Zombies are hailing them.
5. Food prices have sky rocketed so high that only d rich can afford it. Yet d Zombies are hailing them.
6.Buhari has refused to condemn the actions of his fellow Fulani herds men who have made killing of innocent Nigerians their hobby.
In few weeks to come I will expose these evil APC and their Evil agenda for Nigeria.
As usual the Zombies are allowed to quote me.

Can you ever make sensible use of your brain ?

Good question! He has played his role. Unfortunately he did that to the detriment of his spiritual calling, exposing himself to all manner of opprobrium, unbecoming of a person in his office and status.

I hope he's engaged in some serious self introspection....

Blame someone who did not build extra refineries....or did not do a good job of ending our dependence on imported fuel when oil was $112-114 per barrel.

But...the issue is....Nigerian refineries at full capacity give us 17 million liters of fuel daily. We actually need 40 million liters daily. And there is limited funds to import the difference because

1.Subsidy keeps prices low...which means that marketers have to organize scams just to make a profit. And most for the last 4 years have not sold fuel at official prices. They have to make a profit...and they need more Naira now to get the dollars needed to pay for fuel imports.

2.Crude Oil prices are low...which means that we do not have enough forex to import anything.

Ah well....Sack Kalichukwu and PMB,blame GEJ .....the problem will still be there for the next administration.

The issue is the Government....past an present...not telling us the truth....that it would take long tofix the problems(Nigerians will understand if someone from Petroleum came and said... its going to take years to fix this)...and Nigerians expecting quick fix things.

Tinubu is looking for a scape goat but he's well aware of his limitations - If he got balls let him call out the Olodo General let's see what becomes of his relevance in Aso Rock.

Even the midget who doubles as his stooge understood that he can't bail him out from the backlash. grin

You don't give power to a man you can't put on a tight leash. He should have known better. grin
