Help My New Techno C8 Has Developed Charging Problem by omron(m): 7:35am On Mar 28, 2016

Pls someone should help me out, my Techno C8 has developed some fault is it not too early for that? I bought it 2 months ago in ibadan and I noticed dat if I charge it for like an hour the battery increases with just 5% per cent or sometimes it doesn't increase at all and it will indicate battery charging but d power no dey enter inside pls I need help on what to do? Anyone

check if someone changed your charger, if not go to he shop you bought it, hopefully it is slot, if not, God be with you

Try another charger, if it is the same take it back to where u bought it or to any tecno call care. Ur warranty is still valid.

Sir, generator don burn ur charger. Go get another charger. Buy dat very long black charger for 1500 and thank me later.

my phone has had similar issues multiple times. I use the Tecno Phantom Pad. Its not a battery or charger issue. Its a software issue. You phone has a reset button at the back. Simply take a pin or broom stick and press it hard while holding the power button. Your phone will go off. put it on and it will be back to normal. Hope this helps.

Phones using flex charging port always have this problem... First of all change the chord of the charger, if nothing work, use a friend charger to test and if it's still dsame, go and change the charging port...

I wonder why they are producing phone with charging port that comes with flex..

The first culprit of slow charging is your USB cord forming too much electrical resistance. Borrow another charger and charge it if it improves, just buy a new charger.

Take it for repair to carlcare and get it reloaded
