Shocking: 16 Students Expelled From Al-qalam University Katsina See Why by Nobody: 3:38pm On Mar 29, 2016
“Sixteen students from Al-Qalam University expelled from the University due to immoral conduct and failure to abide by the rules & regulation guiding students especially women in the school.
Cliqqmagazine..com spoke with the University public relation officer, Mustapha Radda. When asked he responded by “Right from the start, Al-Qalam University promised both western education and Islamic education. The University board resolved and made it mandatory for all female students who are not from Katsina shall reside within the school hostels or any other designated area provided by the school and failure to abide by the set of rules will result in automatic withdrawal of students from the school”.
Al-Qalam University has acquired a new estate worth millions of Naira close to the University Campus, all female students residing outside the should were notified by the University management to vacate their rented houses and relocate to the University campus for proper monitoring.

Mustapha Radda also stated “The affected students were informed by the University to vacate their rented off Campus houses and return back to the campus given the fact that it is morally loose to allow young females renting a house for themselves and staying alone without supervision is disastrous, which has violated the University rules & regulation. Majority of the students returned back to the campus ONLY for Sixteen Students to defy and admit that they will not go back to the campus. Al-Qalam University after serious discussion, the management resolved to expel the students from the University. Out of the Sixteen Students, Four (4) students have returned back school after their parents reached out to the management pleading on their children behalf, the management of Al-Qalam university accepted to lift its decision and ordered the students to write an undertaking stating that they will abide by the rules & regulations governing their stay at the University”.
The same faith awaits the remaining Twelve (12) students but only if they reached out and determined to abide by the University rules & regulation”.
