Bros, I take God beg you... I no want!!! I don't care even if we have Lewandowski and Sergio Ramos or even Prime Iniesta himself. Those Argentines na bad market!!! Plus they still have Messi. I no want abeg.

No matter how good we get (and I do admit we are getting better in quality) I don't wanna get near Argentina in the group stage. They have beaten us 5 times in the group stage. 5!!!! That's every single time we were grouped with them. We always had some tactical plans and really strong level of determination to at least get a point off them but mbanu. All have failed. Abeg... I no want. Dem born us together?? angry

Lol cheesy. Na always one goal margin, very painful all the time. Make we just try to enter top 25. We'll likely enter the second pot. UEFA has 18 out of the top 25 teams, only 13 will qualify. COMMEBOL has 6/25 only 4 or 5 will qualify.

After 2022 world cup, I go relax because with 48 teams now, qualification will be easier.

Not exactly. The fact he hasn't scored in recent games for them (Norway) doesn't mean his NT records are poor. He still has 6 goals + 1 assist in 10 games for Norway.
Just wanted to make that correction.

Make I follow you play small. Who will you choose to play CF between Haaland and Osimhen. Just for fun.

Note: Haaland has poor record with National Team.

my friend if you like keep posting all your nonsense stats from today until tomorrow, Ndidi isn't better than Kante. Kante played at leicester for 1 season and won the Epl left to a bigger ndidi has been at Leicester (small club) for almost 4 seasons. At the end of each seasons you guys will keep posting the same stats for your personal gains. Anyways, it is obvious that I'm arguing with an insane person. Defines my last argument with you on this case. You got it fam you got it

Two Super Eagles Players who made every list of our various combined XIs (Naija-CIV and Naija-Sen-CIV) in the last couple of pages and arguments grin would be in Action today.

First up is gonna be Victor Osimhen for Napoli vs Juventus in a rescheduled Serie A game. Off the bench or from the start.

Game starts in 1 hour and 15 mins.

Then the other lad is the Super Swift Zaidu Sanusi up against Chelsea in the UCL Quarter finals 1st leg.

Game starts in 3 hours and 30mins.

Nigeria's Super Eagles moved up 4 places from 36th to 32nd.

Just underscores how much qualification matches are weighed. Expect an even bigger jump if we manage to win all of our 2nd round World Cup qualification games.

to be fair that statement was made in 2019 before Ndidi had evolved to this current level. That said I agree his statement was very harsh because Wilfred even at that time was already besting Kante in some key indices like tackling, interceptions and recoveries.

It was calling Ndidi a poor man's Kante emphasizing his passing skills that touched me with compassion.

And i told him Ndidi is meek and will come good

That was a harsh statement, no doubt

However, that statement was made when Ndidi games was more of Tackles/interceptions. He has changed of recent and it's very obvious with his current numbers. He plays more these days unlike then when he 'tackles' more.

Stats won't tell you the whole Story as I said before. 6 Goals in 10 Apps sound so juicy, but guess you Guys know he scored only in 4 Matches out of 10?

Moreover the Goals were scored in a Competition that's more or less Friendly Matches - United Nation League. So far he has played 2 Matches in Euro Qualifier with no Goal or Assist to his Name.

3 Matches in WCQ, also with no Goal or Assist to his Name. 5 Matches so far in FIFA recognised Competitions and so far, no Goal or Assist....... isn't that a poor Record?

Your bid to undermine Haaland's record for Norway is making you sound ridiculous, show me one player who scored all his goals in tournaments or qualifiers. I suppose all of Ronaldo's 103 goals for Portugal were in tournaments

Mbanu Oasis. This one no follow. Haaland also only scored all his 9 goals at the 2019 U-20 WC in JUST ONE MATCH. I guess that robbed him of the Golden boot abi? I guess that also was poor record considering he didn't score in the other two games for Norway.

6 goals + 1 assist in 10 games is very good stats for a striker especially one still young and growing. It is true he hasn't been impressive for Norway of late but his stats for them is still impressive.

Osimhen also has 6 goals in 10 NT games. His assists count are up to 5 (Transfermarkt would say 6) but bottomline both players have the same goals count for their countries in same Number of games.
If Haaland's is not good then it means Osimhen's is also not good and we both know that is not the case.

See, everyone on this thread know my stance on the two lads. I rate Osimhen as the more complete striker having a balanced take of various striker attributes but Haaland remains untouched in the language called "Goals". That is why I call him the Goals machine and Osimhen, for his well rounded traits, the monster machine.

Haaland's records for Norway are good despite his recent struggles. Before the International break, his stats read 6 goals + 1 assist in 7 games. 7 goals involvements in 7 games!!

It is unfair to tag his stats for Norway poor just because he hasn't scored in three straight games for them. Lad could bag 3 in the next. Na so him dey do. The Goals Machine is his name. And still the baddest finisher in the Bundesliga currently. cool

So I implore you to understand why I strongly disagree and even offer apology if possible sef... grin wink
because Haaland's Papa dey among us. Him name na Elyte89. grin

Peace out.
