As far as we do not have a functional and consistent league, getting quality players for our age grade team will always be very difficult.

It is not a rocket science.
You need a well organized football league, the type that is not always interrupted by the league Management's or FA's politics or leadership crisis, a league that grooms and nurtures talents, a system that does not reward age cheats, where merit strives and players are chosen based on merit.

I don't know how long it will take us to get there
001 of this great thread.

Peseiro love two CF upfront, possibly Osimehn and Moffi starting and am see Lookman starting.

We might see 4-4-2 or 4-4-1-1 tomorrow.. It should be okay against an opposition like Guinea Bissau although I'd very much prefer a 4-3-3

The Ideal front 3 right now indeed backed by a dynamically functional midfield 3 but nope, nothing dynamic about an Ndidi/Iwobi/Aribo/Onyeka midfield options selection. The limitations are much.

Peseiro is making the ex coach look like some hero.

And ofcos he would start Simon probably because he is gonna be matchday captain (in Ekong's absence), nothing else.

The limitations of having a thin midfield was greatly exposed during the WCQ, but obviously Peseiro isn't a sound coach, so he isn't working toward it... I knew he wasn't serious when he dropped Alhassan from his previous lists when the guy was fit...

May God give our coaches wisdom knowledge and understanding of how yobuse pur players. They seembto lack knowledge of simple football tactucs.

This is such a big deal. This has never happened before in any European country.
Oshimen single-handedly changed the narrative of Africans in Italy, just like our music!

Nerdie, have you seen Moses Simon of late, the improvements in his game is quite noticeable.

Considering the quality of players in camp, i think he deserves a starting place in the front three, that is, if we are staging a front three.

Simon is a waste of space Tbh. Iwobi should handle corner kicks duties. He delivers some sweet corners for Everton.

The Moses Simon i have seen of late, is not a waste of space.
Don't worry, you will see it

That's the issue... We dont have TIME!!!

And the small countries are adapting fast. Even Benin Republic, neighbors have upgraded with Modern Structure. Jokers are in nff. Ruining the game.

Rohr is way ahead of Paseiro
Paseiro is an empty mass of nothing
Sacking Rohr at that time and bringing in a gongoni is NFF biggest deliberate mistake

Pesero was asked a question about chuba akpom and why he didn't invite him despite scoring 24 goals in the championship this season, he first of all trew a jab at the journalist (mowiz) and then proceeded in stating practically nothing!!!
