Watch Osimhen hat trick for Galatasaray

Great positional awareness and movement for the three goals, especially the third.

That Galatasaray director's plan for each of the club 35m supporter club members to contribute $2 for Gala to raise the $75m Napoli release clause and sign Osimhen on a permanent basis will not work in Jesus name.

Our starboy deserves better and will move to a title contender in a higher rated league.

With his hat-trick taking his tally to 20 league goals this season, Victor Osimhen has now registered 31 direct goal contributions in 30 games for Galatasaray this season (26G + 5A)! 😳

He's now the leading goal scorer on the Turkish SΓΌper Lig goal scorers chart (20G + 4A) and the second top scorer in the Europa League (6G + 1A)!*

King of Strikers πŸ¦πŸ‘‘πŸ‡³πŸ‡¬

*Galatasaray has been eliminated from the Europa League

Osimhen scored one. Gave away a penalty chance to make it a quick brace. Eventually gets his brace and now has his hattrick.

Osimhen the Monster Machine has done far more in Turkey than what Onyekuru, Onuachu and Nwakaeme did in one season in terms of numbers and performances.

One thing left is just that League Title....and he will get it.

Victor truly is the King of the Strikers (In BankyGee's Voice)

You know these things my doc! 🫑

Osimhen will reach 40GA. Its inevitable.

Each day that passes, i dey vex with the u20. Why? Cos why we may agree that talent dey, they're not all that exceptional to break into the SE as we are right now. We can't even see 1 or 2 creatives to be in the squad. Either it is political or they're just not good atall.

Pls don't bring me that development talk. It will be a flimsy excuse.

While we are banking on VO for the 2 games, i hope someone else also comes hotter.

He's a generational talent, a type we may not see again in the Super Eagles for a while when he hangs his boots.

Thank God he's Nigerian and does not play against us.

Coach Emmanuel Ammuneke, collect your flowers. God bless you for picking Osimhen for that 2015 U-17 World Cup because that was the springboard for his football career and achievements.

Success rate in football is very low and less than 2% of talented footballers make it to the top professional level.

Perhaps if Ammunike had not given the chance, opportunity and limelight to Osimhen, he would be rotting in the doldrums of football.

I hope Osimhen dey do "normal" for Ammuneke sha. He deserves it.

Bro, forget the U-20. Na overage dey full there most times.

I prefer we focus more on the U-17's to unearth talents because of the MRI scan requirement.

Osimhen, Chukwueze, Iheanacho, Kelechi Nwakali etc were all discovered at the U-17 level.

Like TheGoodJoe says, we need a good coach without ethnocentric bias and proclivity who will do an open screening and national selection process to choose the best players.

If I'm not mistaken, the last coach to do such was Emmanuel Ammuneke and we're still reaping the benefits.

From U-17. they can transit to U-20, professional football in Europe and play for the Super Eagles.

His 3rd goal is my pick of the bunch, his turn and run and the in-between pass to him was right weight but had to use his bullish long legs to finish it
I wonder what this dude would do when he has world class midfielders with deadly accurate passes feed him
Congrats bro, even in the "wilderness' of football you keep shining

I personally hate this age grade repeat that is now the norm. I do not believe it helps at alllll.

Plus the age cheating for that level at both boys and girls own. You play u17 world cup at 15. You're back 2 years later to play it again. It looks like a waste of space to me. Let other age grade players have their shine. Now see the Bameyi set repeating u20 like say all of them there be jss3 boys currently in ss2. Shuuu

That method needs to be binned
Whoever brought up the suggestion too needs cane cos it is counterproductive in the long run.

As for that non bias coach, i hope we find another one soon. Some decent managers are in the npfl and nwfl. Let them have a chance at the cadets. But are they impermeable to external influence?

He supposed. Lol.

He also got even better and more rugged along the way as well. We no dey quick find replicas and that's one problem with our sports. Na why Aruna Quadri don focus on his kids to be like him and they're tearing up global table tennis tournament as teenagers already. Aruna supposed get like a dozen replicas by now. But na just 2 and the 2 no even sure. To see replica of Mikel, Osaze, Enyeama na wahala.

See how they all play for him… but at napoli osimhen mostly fed on scraps

I have the belief that there are always quality talents lying around if we just have an unbiased way of scouting and selecting.

Imagine if Babawo Mohammed did not pass the street he saw Mikel Obi playing on, we might not have had Mikel Obi. Same with hearing Coach Monday Sinclair saw Pius Ikedia playing on a school field and helped network him.

What we need to do is increase our scouting network and we will unearth talents that can be better than Osimhen.

Unfortunately, the short sightedness of those walking the corridors of our football are not helping matters.
