Ryan and his mom have been SUING Jay Z for paternity for years, but Jigga has always found a way out of trouble.

To date Jay Z has NOT taken a paternity test.

Well Ryan is finally gonna have his day to tell his side of the story. Not to a court of law . . . but to CONGRESS. The website Radar Online claims that the United States Congress will allow Ryan to testify before them, about Jay Z’s paternity issues:

exclusively learned that [Jay Z’s] alleged son, Rymir Satterthwaite, will be taking his claims about the rapper to a congressional hearing.

the FCLU (Family Civil Liberties Union) recently championed Satterthwaite’s paternity case against Jay Z in order to get it recognition on a national level — and it worked.

A source said, “A family advocate in Baltimore, Maryland, Nicky Roberts, was given opportunity to have several people from around the country speak about their problems with family court and/or attorneys. Rymir has been approved to speak and will get about five minutes in front of Congress!”

We can’t wait for this JUICY TESTIMONY . . . but doesn’t Congress have BETTER THINGS to do??
