op you are mistaking Ebonyi with Ekiti,,, there is no flyover anywhere in ekiti either completed or underconstruction,,ebonyi state govt is building more than 3 flyovers currently and one is 70% completion

Rivers has commissioned Nine (9) more Bridges between 2021 - 2023.

I believe they got more between 2015 and 2020.

Kano may not have such record with Gandolla
