The bus behind hit that suv at a crzy speed

That's an overtaking gone wrong. The Bus had wanted to use the one under as a flyover.

I don't think that is the full picture. What must have happened is that the white taxi in front hit something crashed into a vehicle or motorcycle (not shown, but evident from the bent bonnet) which stopped suddenly. This caused the blue bus to ram into the back of the taxi. Ideally the impact should not be snuff to lift it up from the back but I've been told bad shock absorbers can do that, and the black SUV also coming at top speed had no choice than to ram under the lifted bus.

I guess it all boils down to too things: over speeding and following too closely. Its only in Nigeria that you're insulted and called a learner for allowing 'too much space' between you and the vehicle in front.

Yes. You are correct. It was raining heavily when I got there. The first victim and possibly the person who caused the multiple accident must have escaped. Nobody was there as at 5pm with the heavy rain.

You missed the part where there was a fine young UI chic in a wet T-shirt and a tight mini skirt walking by the side of the road.

That was the actual cause of the accident those cars are just the effect.
