The man obviously an easterner was furious and kept saying "CHANGE has changed my car o" as he sat wailing in the trailer that drove pass and dragged his benz thereby condemning completely the whole side of the car which was obviously occupying half of the road on acclaimed illegal cue along the highway. He was there claiming damages. Thank God no-one was injured. See the picture below:
