ADVICE:

Make sure you put all relevant documents asked according to GOV.UK. More than less documents is always a good idea. Don't hesitate to provide as much as you can.

Note:
1. The 12 week wait is painful but it's unavoidable, if you can afford priority, I'd suggest you do that to avoid the nerve-racking wait.
2. In addition, the 12 week wait for this visa category begins from when the supporting documentation arrives Sheffield and not when the biometrics has been completed.
3. We didn't submit NARIC Statement of Comparability but her LL.B and WAEC and this was miraculously considered. I'd advise anyone putting in this kind of expensive application to do proper research instead of submitting the application unlike us who were recipients of God's mercy.

Can't believe a visitor visa is taking so long. My sister dd biometrics on Friday 23rd June . No news till after 2 weeks when Sheffield sent a message to advise they have received app and preparing for consideration.

Very surprising . Does it take this long?. Anyone applied recently with non- priority?
