Rights are the freedoms and privileges enjoyed by the citizens of a particular country without discrimination as to Sex, Race, Religious or Political Inclination...

According to the (1999) Nigerian Constitution, a Citizen is entitled to the Following rights...

1. Right to life.

2. Right to dignity of the human person.

3. Right to personal liberty.

4. Right to fair hearing.

5. Right to private and family life.

6. Right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion.

7. Right to free of expression and the press.

8. Right to freedom of assembly and association.

9. Right to freedom from discrimination.

10. Right to acquire and own immovable property anywhere in Nigeria.

Note: this epistle is just to create a cognitive awareness/reminder on our Rights as Nigerian citizens... Not to be trampled upon by any law enforcement official...

Do have a nice day...
