They are both cool, but not in d same class for one to make comparism. Go for 406 with ew10 engine.

It's rugged, handles well. That ew10 engine is bullet proof if u stay away from quacks and abuse. Keep ur thermostart, avoid direct fan connection. Use total engne oil nd coolants

U should get a good peugeut technicial for all mentenance. Make sure ur engine cooling system is in default setting. All lubricants nd coolants must be total products as recomended by peugeot.

i would hv prefare the 406, but issues of availability & affordability of parts, electrical issues of 406 according to pple keeps disturbing my mind bro

i live around Military Barack's , hav seen them using 406 all these years.....

The issue is that our mechanics seem to understand toyotas better, and the toyotas apparently handle mechanical and electrical abuse better than most other models.

Because of that, people will discourage you from using any other thing but a Toyota. If you take the time to learn about your car, ensure best maintenance practices, you will enjoy your car whatever model it is.
