The tenure of an NYSC DG is usually 2 years so this is a normal routine change.

But I thought its the Presidency appoints NYSC DGs

the NYSC DG has spent his tenure.him being from the North is becos that's what is usually Done for appointing DGS. it is rotated .the one before olawunmi was an ibo man and before that was a hausa man.the new appointment has nothing to do with hijab protests..

Like almost every position nowadays is given to a northerner, buhari is running a tribalistic government. This is wrong,two appointments made in the army and the two are northerners.

Yes oh Northernizing Nigeria, i know when dis man says no hijab for camp, no go enter under carpet like that. They can now introduce Babariga or Jalabia in NYSC camp. God bless Nigeria
