Do we feel any budget impact for years, this are d reason.

Must we refer to back then always?? Dis is supposed to be different, a budget of "Change" remember? Atleast everyone would begin to understand dat irrespective of party affiliations, all politicians are one and d same greedy and self centred bigots who care less about d well being of Nigerians.

Funds were discovered to be "floating" in the budget. Funds under the Ministry of Transportation were then moved to other ministries to construct roads without designs,salon kits,water pumps,grinding machines,tricycles and town halls.

Instead of the southern senators to come out with one voice and order their colleagues to review the budget, they came out to scream the rail project was not originally in the budget.

I hope their eyes open on time to see the foolishness in cutting their nose to spite their face.

The Northern NASS guys diverted funds for the rail line in the south to spend on meaningless and irrelevant projects that was never included in the budget which obviously opportunity to loot, but the southern NASS jokers looked the other way and instead if questioning their NASS colleagues in the North and demanding why they diverted money for their projects in the south to the North to address made up projects not included in the budget, they are busy attacking the president and his party and blaming him for not including the project in the original budget when in fact the projects the north took the money to spend in the north were not included in the budget either.

Are they asking their Northern friends in the house why their money was diverted to spend of projects not included in the budget in the North? No...

So, it's ok for the north to spend money for projects in the south on projects not included in the budget, but the south but it's not ok for the south to do the same thing to their advantage..

See how silly, incompetent out of focus and stupid the southern senators and reps are especially the ones from SE/SS.

I say this all the time, they don't mind getting abused, taken advantage of and denied progress and advancement as long as the people doing it to them are enemies of their perceived enemies. They put politics, hatred, bitterness and bigotry ahead of their own progress and survival.

While the rest of the country is looking out for themselves, they sit around and preoccupy themselves with politics, hatred and bitterness..

This is how they lose all the time and why they are at the bottom of everything.

You may not know the tricks, this is another way of thievery by the law makers. the said constituency project shall never be embarked on instead, stylishly cornered to other purposed best known to them. Both the former and the present can not point to any constituency project they may have embarked on if any let them state and where. Ajibole ole.

So far so good, Northern law makers have smuggled in so many project for their constituencies. Can we see the projects smuggled into the budget by southern law makers?

Revelations from this 2016 budget have really exposed the south to be a politically immature region. We all come online and engage in silly e-wars while northerners stay back and observe our silliness. Our elected law makers are even more sillier. Party sentiments and selfish political interest have so blinded their eyes that they couldn't see anything wrong in cancelling the Lagos-Calabar railway project and appropriating the funds meant for it to complete the Kano railway projects and build new roads and town halls in the north.

Lagos-Calabar rail line that was presented and defended by the transport minister was rejected because it wasn't part of the initial budget submitted by the president while new roads and town halls in the north that was never designed, presented or defended by any ministry was included and appropriated huge funds. Yet, southerners still come online to support the decision of the national assembly due to party sentiments. Seriously, it sucks to be a southerner.

Financing this budget will be a problem. I forsee many abandoned project. Don't continue lobbying. Now tell why creek men won't vandalize pipelines. You take them as nothing but you want their resources. I am yet to hear one project for Niger Deltans apart from this hog wash coastal rail been denied.
